In 1984, he entered private practice representing individuals seriously injured in automobile and other accidents, as well as handling no-fault claims for unpaid wages and medical bills.
In 1997, he became one of the first practitioners in New York State to limit his practice to handling unpaid no-fault bills for healthcare providers. He continued to assist seriously injured accident victims through referrals to top personal injury attorneys, establishing strong professional relationships with many outstanding law firms during this time.
In his 40-plus years practicing law, Mr. Sparacio has handled thousands of personal injury and no-fault jury and non-jury trials and no-fault arbitrations.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Richmond County Bar Association’s No-Fault Committee and has been a guest speaker before numerous healthcare organizations.
