Healthcare Providers with Unpaid No-Fault Bills

I am the current Chairman of the RCBA No-Fault Committee. My office has handled claims for unpaid no-fault medical bills since 1983, and in 1997 we became one of the first law firms to limit its practice to the collection of unpaid no-fault medical bills. Throughout this time we have represented a variety of healthcare providers, including orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, PMR specialists, chiropractors, neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, physical therapists, compound pharmacists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, DME providers, etc.

We have successfully handled tens of thousands of claims for unpaid healthcare bills.

Our office primarily handles these claims in arbitration, with most claims resolved within 1 to 4 months when provided with the file shortly after you receive the denial, and resolving other claims within about 6 to 7 months.

My paramount concern is providing the personal attention my clients deserve. So, I am always available to meet at a place most convenient to you to discuss your cases. You may also contact me 7 days a week via email or on my cell phone.

Should you choose to retain our office to recover any unpaid no-fault bills, your office pays us nothing. We pay all filing fees, and any attorney’s fee will be paid to us by the no-fault insurance carrier. We will not take a percentage of your recovery, or of any interest recovered. Your office receives 100% of any recovery, whether by settlement, or arbitration award.

I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can help recover your unpaid no-fault bills, without any cost to you.

We look forward to assisting you with the recovery of your unpaid New York no-fault healthcare bills
