Joseph Sparacio Attorney at Law PLLC is led by Joseph Sparacio, an attorney with more than four decades of experience handling personal injury and no-fault matters in New York. Mr. Sparacio graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1982 and entered private practice in 1984.
Since then, his work has focused on serving individuals seriously injured in automobile and other accidents, as well as handling no-fault claims involving unpaid wages and medical bills.
Longstanding Commitment to No-Fault Claims
In 1997, Mr. Sparacio became one of the first practitioners in New York State to limit his practice to handling unpaid no-fault bills for healthcare providers. Through this focused work, he has helped healthcare providers address claims involving unpaid no-fault medical bills.
During this time, he also continued assisting seriously injured accident victims by referring them to top personal injury attorneys. These referrals helped him establish strong professional relationships with many outstanding law firms.

Mr. Sparacio currently serves as Chairman of the Richmond County Bar Association’s No-Fault Committee. He has also been a guest speaker before numerous healthcare organizations, offering insight informed by decades of practice in no-fault matters.
